Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Eight Ounce Coffee, we want you to love every brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for quality control and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans or consumable items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original product packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Calgary warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
