  Spike-to-Cut (S2C) 40mm Stainless-Steel Burrs
  Milled from highly durable SUS420 stainless steel, Timemore engineered the BRICKS burr set for high precision, all-purpose grind versatility, and an impressive longevity.
  Unlike traditional conical burrs that "crush" beans, Timemore's S2C two-phase geometry utilizes an initial set of teeth that breaks down the beans before a bottom row "slices" them to a perfectly uniform grind. As a result, BRICKS produces just the right amount of fines for rich, creamy espresso while on coarser settings (i.e., pour over) these fines are reduced to yield clean and nuanced flavours.

  From the highly acclaimed Timemore Sculptor series, BRICKS inherits the industry-favourite Rotary Knocker. After each cycle, a simple twist of the knob clears out stubborn coffee grounds and fines for near-zero retention.
