This blend features two distinct Parainema lots from producers Edin Ever Sabillon and Nery Martinez in the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras. By combining a bright, tea-like washed lot with a heavy, fruit-forward natural lot, the process creates a complex profile of cacao nibs, lime zest, and sangria.
