Spilt Milk - Werka Nensebo

Produced by approximately 850 smallholder farmers in the village of Werka, this Ethiopian natural lot is sourced from the Nensebo district washing station. The coffee is comprised of naturally occurring landrace varietals, which benefit from the high-elevation organic farms averaging between 2 and 5 hectares. The cherries are dried on raised beds for up to 18 days with constant rotation to maintain clarity and uniformity. This careful processing results in a velvety body and a complex aromatic profile, featuring intense notes of blueberry compote and strawberry with a delicate, bergamot-like London Fog finish.
