The DISC 63 is a ⌀63mm (2.48in) circular coffee filter designed with SIBARIST FAST and B3 Specialty Coffee Filter technologies, making it ideal for immersion brewers, press coffee makers, and Moka pots.

Enhanced Brewing with FAST Technology
The FAST technology provides high permeability filtration, allowing for greater flow and faster extractions. The key advantage is the full control over flow when pressing, enabling experimentation with ultra-fine grind sizes and new brewing techniques. This results in high extractions, full-bodied yet clean cups, and the signature silky mouthfeel of FAST filtration.

Balanced and Clean Cups with B3 Technology
The B3 filter features a unique material thickness and low porosity, enhancing sweetness and clarity in your cup. Developed in collaboration with Matt Winton (2021 World Brewers Cup Champion) over a year of prototyping, this technology helps achieve the perfect coffee balance.

Optimized for Moka Pots
DISC 63 is also an excellent upgrade for Moka pots (3-6 cups), delivering cleaner cups free from sediment, better coffee puck yield, and even extractions. It improves flow dynamics, allowing for higher extractions while maintaining the desired grind profile.
