Grown at the extreme elevation of 2100 meters at Finca La Quebrada, this single-producer lot from Dayana Rivadeneira showcases the vibrant potential of Buesaco terroir. The high altitude and cool nights in Nariño slow the maturation of the Caturra cherries, resulting in a high concentration of sugars and complex acids. This washed expression is exceptionally bright and clean, offering a refreshing profile defined by zesty tropical fruit and a delicate floral aroma.
