Rooftop - Buesaco Pequeños

Buesaco Pequeños is a community lot sourced from the high-altitude slopes of the Buesaco municipality in Nariño. This selection is a collaboration of smallholder farmers from the Cultivando Futuro group, who harvest cherries at extreme elevations reaching 2100 meters. The traditional washed process and high-grown terroir produce a classic Colombian profile with a dense, syrupy body. The cup is characterized by deep sugar-browning sweetness and a rich fruit character reminiscent of fig jam, balanced by a toasted hazelnut finish.
