Rogue Wave Coffee - Halo Beriti

Halo Beriti is a washing station in the Yirgacheffe region that serves approximately 750 smallholder producers. This specific lot is a special preparation, often referred to by local producers as "Premium," which involves rigorous hand-sorting throughout the receiving and drying stages. Only perfectly ripe, red cherries are selected for this process, representing a small and exclusive fraction of the station's annual output. These cherries are spread on raised beds and rotated constantly for 8 to 25 days to ensure even drying. The result of this meticulous care is a vibrant and exceptionally clean natural process coffee, offering a complex fruit profile of plum, red grape, and blueberry, balanced by bright mandarin acidity and a smooth vanilla finish.
