Since purchasing the abandoned property in 2013, Héctor has transformed the land into a thriving farm focused on quality and consistency. This washed lot, a blend of traditional varieties, is dried on raised African beds in greenhouses to ensure exceptional clarity. The result is a smooth, cozy, and balanced cup that delivers classic notes of rich chocolate and toasted almond with a lingering caramel sweetness.
