Produced by 1,500 smallholder farmers in partnership with Daye Bensa, Keramo is a washed JARC 74112 variety from Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at 2,300m, these high-altitude cherries are processed at the Keramo Adara station for a clean, balanced profile.
