  Dutch Baby is a round, 3.5qt (3312ml) cast-iron Dutch oven that nests neatly inside The Great Jones Dutchess. Customized for smaller batches and kitchens, it's perfect if you frequently cook for one or two people.

  The Dutchess and Dutch Baby are made of cast-iron enamel. Cast iron gets - and stays - quite hot, and the enamel makes it easier to clean and care for (no need to season it!). The interior enamel is grey. The colour is light enough to allow you to see butter browning, but dark enough to resist stains.
