The Story
Tasting Notes: Raspberry, Nectarine, Ceylon tea, Fruit cocktail.
This vibrant natural lot comes from the Haro Wachu washing station in the Uraga district of Guji, a region renowned for producing some of Ethiopia’s most aromatic and high-altitude coffees. Sourced from various smallholder farmers at elevations reaching up to 2,300 meters, the coffee is composed of indigenous landrace varieties. The meticulous natural processing and extreme altitude result in a cup that is both complex and intensely fruit-forward. Expect a sparkling acidity led by notes of fresh raspberry and nectarine, followed by a lush "fruit cocktail" sweetness and a clean, elegant finish reminiscent of Ceylon tea.
