Sourced through the Azahar Bourbon Project, this washed Pink Bourbon is a collaboration between four smallholder farmers. A complex fermentation process—24 hours in cherry followed by up to 120 hours in tanks—results in an elegant cup with honeyed sweetness and a clean, tropical finish.
