Father's - Inza Espresso

Tasting Notes: Orange, Nettle Tea, Star Anise.

This washed Castillo coffee is from the Asociación de Caficultores del Cauca (ACC) in Piendamó, Colombia, a group of smallholder farmers dedicated to improving quality and promoting sustainable cultivation. The coffee is hand-harvested on each farm and processed with fermentation times of 12-18 hours, resulting in a cup with a unique flavor profile of orange, nettle tea, and star anise.
