Grown at high elevations under the dense shade of a forest canopy, the cherries mature slowly, developing a deep and grounded sweetness. This lot consists of Typica and Bourbon varieties, processed using a meticulous washed method to emphasize clarity and structure. The result is a highly balanced and approachable cup that features warm, dessert-like flavors of toasted s'more and melty caramel, rounded out by the rich fruitiness of dried fig.
