This comfortable regional blend is sourced from family-owned small farms across the Northern Highlands of Peru in the departments of Amazonas, San Martín, and Cajamarca. Managed through the Perhusa organization, these producers utilize organic practices and their own micro-mills to depulp, ferment, and wash the coffee. The result is a smooth, crowd-pleasing cup with a chocolatey body and sweet notes of raisin and almond.
