This comfortable washed coffee is sourced from smallholder "gardens" within the Chuave district of the Chimbu Province, Papua New Guinea. Organized by the Siane Organic Agriculture Cooperative (SOAC), this lot represents the unique production style of the region, where families cultivate coffee alongside subsistence crops. The result is a bold, full-bodied single origin featuring a classic profile of rich dark chocolate, sweet biscuit, and toasted pecan.
