This vibrant washed coffee comes from the Rumudamo Washing Station, managed by Asefa Dukamo Korma in the high-altitude Arbegona district of Sidama, Ethiopia. Sourced from over 600 smallholder farmers, this lot is grown at a soaring 2,300 meters, which contributes to its exceptional clarity and brightness. Following a meticulous 48-hour wet fermentation and traditional drying on African beds, the cup showcases a classic citrus-driven profile, featuring juicy notes of lemon and nectarine balanced by delicate wild flower aromatics.
